This covers all necessary steps to recruit and place candidates within legal parameters, such as consultation, job specification, advertising, response management, short list selection, through to final appointment.
Credit and Criminal record clearance reports and qualification verification will be done on short listed candidates only.
Should the placed candidate resign or be dismissed from the employer’s employment during the guarantee period on technical competency grounds, then StafflinkS.A will replace the particular candidate as per the original job specification with no further introduction fee payable, provided that Stafflink S.A. has been notified of such termination within 24 hours.
